The hotel had a nice vintage touch in the rooms, with a large TV and a good tea tray including water and biscuits. However, there were some problems, and the location facing the open atrium of the pub was a bit of a downside.

The rooms were very nice, sort of vintage, and had a large TV. The tea tray with water and biscuits was a nice touch.
Service

The service felt more like a hostel than a hotel, but the staff were friendly and made me feel safe.

The hotel room was surprisingly spacious, despite being on the main road, and the staff went above and beyond in service. The location was excellent for exploring the town, but a bit chaotic for getting a drink. The dining experience was average, although the self-service options were convenient.

Rooms
8.0
The room was unexpectedly spacious and comfortable, and despite being by the main road, it was quiet and well-equipped. The staff even assisted us to find our way and were accommodating to personal requests.
Service

The service was top-notch; the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to cleaning. However, there were disturbances early in the morning from noise outside the room.

The hotel was quite big for the price, very handy, but noise-sensitive guests should bring earplugs as it can be a bit noisy at times. The rooms were fantastically huge.

The location was brilliant, very central for a night out in Dublin. It's great for experiencing the nightlife, close to all the bars, the city center, St Stephens Green, and surrounding areas. Also, convenient to touristy attractions and independent restaurants in Portobello.
Dining

The dining experience was mixed. The food was cold but tasty, with some delays in service. The fruit salads were a highlight. Dining wasn't included in the rate, and check-out was at 11 o'clock.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was gorgeous. The shower was hot, and the bedding was cozy. However, the service had its ups and downs, as some staff members were a bit rude, but others were very supportive, especially with accommodating my folding bike. The location was perfect for exploring Dublin, being close to many attractions, but parking was a bit of an issue, especially for disabled guests. The dining experience was good overall, with delicious options available, but there were some hiccups with timing and service. The hotel facilities were convenient and added to the overall experience.

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean but a bit noisy due to the road side location. On the positive side, the hotel offers great transport links and is close to lively bars and restaurants. However, noise from pub-goers outside caused disturbances, especially at closing time.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms, although comfortable, were a little noisy being on the road side. They were clean with excellent transport links nearby.
Service
6.0
The service had its ups and downs. Some staff members were lovely, but others, including reception, bar, and housekeeping, were not as friendly and seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves.
Location
9.0
The location of the hotel is excellent, situated on Camden Street near fantastic restaurants, bars, and food shops that stay open late. However, noise from pub patrons leaving at closing time can be disruptive.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were limited with tasteless menu choices, but there are plenty of good breakfast spots nearby to explore. The homemade pies and jams were a nice touch.
